Helped manage my chronic orthopaedic problems
I am 65 and had been suffering from age related arthritis for a long time now and pain killers can help relieve the pain only to an extent and they have side effects too. My doctors advised physical activity and dietary changes but I was not able to get much physical activity done due to my weight. My son recommended JNI to me after learning about it from his office circles. The long wait is a bit irritating but the therapy here is pretty good. I needed the push to lose weight and the exercises and Yoga coupled with prescribed diet, and excellent Physiotherapy and acupuncture, have helped with my knee joints to a great extent.

Stringent diet regimen, but good results
“Stayed at JNI recently to get help for my chronic PCOS and weight issues; the diet therapy here is gruelling. But, it has helped me lose weight! Also, I didn’t know that certain food items can help reduce insulin resistance and this can in turn help with my PCOS. The doctors here educated me about it and I learnt there are simple dietary inclusions that can help with my problem along with regular exercise.
