Migraine refers to periodic throbbing headache, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

During the acute attack:

  • Rest in dark room.
  • Ice massage to head and neck.
  • Head massage, followed by hot foot immersion, cold troma pack help to relive the symptoms.
