Patients below 18 and above 80 years of age are not eligible for treatment.



Patients weighing over 150 kg will not be admitted for treatment in Suite and Deluxe category. In Room category, over 130 kg will not be admitted.



An advance deposit equivalent to three days charges of desired accommodation is to be paid along with your application. Patients applying for Free Ward shall pay an advance of Rs 1000.00 All advance payments are adjustable against patients’ final bill, on discharge. Payment can be made online through Net banking / Debit / Credit cards or through bank transfer or Demand Draft (Banker’s Cheque).  Please note that we will not be able to confirm the booking unless the advance deposit is received.



Accommodation charges and approximate treatment charges for the entire period of stay are payable in advance at the prevailing rate at the time of admission.

Debit / Credit cards are accepted. You can also pay by Cash (up to 2 Lac against your total bill), Bank Transfer and by a Bankers Cheque (Demand Draft).



a. For Free Ward, minimum stay 10 days and re-admission gap are 12 months from applicant’s last date of discharge.
b. For Economy Single /Double Rooms, the minimum duration of stay is 10 days and readmission gap is 6 months. c. Executive Rooms, the minimum duration of stay is 10 days and readmission gap is 3 months d. For Suites and Deluxe Accommodations, the minimum stay is 7 days and no re-admission gap.



Our check-out time is 9 am and check-in time is 11 am.

Accommodation charges will be payable from the date of confirmed reservation or the date of admission, whichever is earlier.



We admit patients from 9 am to 5 pm on all days, There will be no admission on National and Festival Holidays displayed separately in the FAQ . Patient reporting after admission hours and on holidays will be provided accommodation but their admission for treatment will be confirmed only after physical examination on the morning of the following working day.



If a patient checks in as early as after midnight and before 5 am on the day of confirmed admission, 50% of the accommodation tariff will be levied extra as night charge.



  • If you wish to postpone the date or cancel a confirmed booking, you must give at least three clear working days’ notice (preferably up to 6 pm) excluding the date of admission, or else forfeiture will apply. In case there is only two days notice, 50% of the reservation deposit, for one day 75% and for less than one day, the entire reservation deposit will be forfeited.
  • Frequent changes or cancellations in booking dates are not entertained and after two such changes or cancellations, no further change will be permitted and the Reservation deposit be forfeited. For patients of Suite and Deluxe category, three changes will be allowed and after that, if there is a prior notice, deposit will be refunded. Patient may, however, make fresh application.
  • In the event of a request for premature discharge, accommodation charges will be levied for actual period of stay plus three days, or the remaining days of the booked period, whichever is less.

An application processing fee shall be charged upon cancellation of a confirmed booking as follows:
