TREATMENT METHOD

JNI offers a drugless disease-specific treatment regimen through a combination of interrelated, independent holistic systems – Naturopathy, Yoga, Diet therapy, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy. Our doctors prescribe treatments to their patients after a thorough assessment of their medical conditions. The treatment protocol will include planned diet, exercises, and lifestyle modification guidelines. The approach is comprehensive and aims at complete healing, and teaches how to prevent recurrence and maintain good health throughout life.

NATUROPATHY

This is the mainstay of JNI therapeutics. The system presumes that human body is a harmonious whole of 5 great elements that create nature, and diseases occur when this internal harmony is lost due to toxins accumulated in the body as a consequence of individual’s faulty lifestyle. The only way to heal the disease is to bring back the elemental balance in the body by following disease- specific protocol which will fortify and activate the body’s innate power to heal.

YOGA

A powerful ancient discipline that focuses on to a complete balance between body and mind, the two major components of health. JNI uses the therapeutic aspects of Yoga to support naturopathy treatments prescribed to a patient.

DIET

It is used as therapy at JNI as we believe good health is not conceivable without a healthy diet which must be natural, nutritious and tasty. Patients are also helped to understand that if the diet is right, health will automatically follow. Emphasis is on seasonal fruits and vegetables.

ACUPUNCTURE

This too is an important component of treatment at JNI. It is a Chinese system of medicine, which involves insertion of fine needles at specific points (acupoints). Needling the acupuncture points influence the meridians, unblock the obstructions and re-establish the energy flow through the meridians, thereby balancing the internal energy, healing the body.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Another time-tested drugless technique is widely used as manual therapy, exercise therapy and electrotherapy to promote movement impaired by medical reasons or by degeneration. It aims to help patients maintain, recover or improve their physical abilities. JNI has a state- of the art physiotherapy department with modern equipments and trained experts. The treatments are given for pain management and better mobility even to those who are chronic sufferer.
