Cervical spondylosis develops from wear and tear of the cartilage and bones found in cervical spine, and is a degenerative condition.

Greeva abyasa or neck exercise, hasta pardhavasana, sarpasana uttana tadasana, makarasasana, vakrasana, shoulder roatation are useful in strengthening the muscles.
