Naturopathy advocates “Be thy own doctor” which you can only do by knowing your own body. This is one of the three major tenets of naturopathy – preventive, curative and educative. The educative part, i.e., the awareness and knowledge of your own body is central to your treatment here at JNI.

JNI advocates that self-education is as important as taking treatment here, and hence, we have set up a Health Education Centre (HEC) to facilitate your learning on drugless healing system and its philosophy, normal functioning of body, causes of the diseases and their management through drugless way. HEC exhibits a range of thematic, scientific modules and informative videos for in-depth knowledge of the above.

A special attraction is our ‘Hero Show’, which depicts the evolution of human body through the ages by creating a unique visual experience.

As a first of its kind in the country, our HEC emphasizes the important role that naturopathy and yoga can play, if the common man would only know the basic facts of the human body’s system and its functions. This will enable you take better care and prevent many diseases which could otherwise lead to fatal conditions.
