How to apply for admission at Jindal Health Care Institute?

You can apply for admission for treatment at Jindal Naturecure Institute in one of the two ways – online or offline mode.

Online application for New Patient

The online application mode is relatively easy and self-explanatory.

Step 1: Click on the APPLY FOR ADMISSION button on the home page.

Step 2: Click on the APPLY button on the online application

Step 3: Click on the REGISTER HERE button

Step 4: Enter the relevant details and CREATE MY ACCOUNT

Step 5: Once the account is created, you will get a message stating that a verification link has been sent to your mail. Click on the verification link to activate your account. After your account is verified, fill in the necessary details on the form and submit it.

Note: The application process will time out in 20 minutes. So, make sure you have ID proof, medical reports in hand before you start the application process.

Offline Application for New Patient

If you don’t want to use the online form, you can opt for the offline mode.

Step 1: Click on the APPLY FOR ADMISSION button on the home page.

Step 2: Click on DOWNLOAD application

Step 3: A form with basic details will be downloaded. Fill in all the details requested in the form.

Rules for applying for admission

  • Patients aged between 18 and 80 can apply for treatment
  • In Suite and Deluxe category, patients weighing above 150 kgs will not be admitted. In Room category, patients over 120 kgs won’t be admitted
  • An advance amount of 3 days accommodation charges should be paid while applying for treatment
  • Patients who wish to be admitted in the free ward need to pay INR 1000 at the time of admission
  • The payment for the entire time of stay should be paid at time of admission
  • Minimum stay for free ward, Economy, Executive Rooms is 10 days and that for Suites and Deluxe Accommodation is 7 days
  • Readmission gap for free ward is 12 months, Economy is 6 months, Executive is 3 months. There is no re-admission gap for Suites and Deluxe
  • Check in time is 11 AM and check out time is 9 AM
  • Admission of patients is done on all days between 9 AM and 5 PM
  • If patient checks in between midnight and 5 AM, 50% of accommodation tariff needs to be paid
